Features
1. Automatic feeding system, with rubber roller pressing, can realize continuous feeding and recognition cutting, and can realize internal and external cutting of contours. The software can realize human-computer interaction and confirm the cutting path in real time. When cutting multiple graphics, the graphics size can be specified for cutting, increase working efficiency.
2. CCD mark dot positioning cutting system, vision aided camera is used for accurate positioning of print materials.
3. Adopted famous RuiDa RDD6584V touch screen CCD cutting control system supports both USB and Ethernet connection, has a knife cutting controller with tool direction following control function. It integrates the processing of tools such as vibrating cutters, round cutters, milling cutters, and pressing wheels. It also integrates feeding, circular punching, and V-shaped special punching. Hole, pen processing, red light positioning and a series of functions.
4. Main knife: The ultra-high frequency 100W oscillating knife(CLT brand), eliminates the irregularities of manual cutting, the limitation of the accuracy of the punching machine, and the scorching odor of the laser cutting machine. High efficiency and fast speed make leather and PU cutting become artistic enjoyment.
High power pneumatic knife: the air pressure control the upper and lower high-frequency vibration blade to cut off the material, which is suitable for cutting of multi-layers, sponge, EVA , gasket and rubber & plastics products.
5.Equipped with various cutting tools: drag knife/ kiss cut knife/ creasing wheels/V slot cutting knife/punch knife/milling cutter,, flexibly replace different tools according to different materials/different processes, and quickly complete various processes such as full cutting, half cutting, milling, drilling, creases, markings, V-grooves, and contour recognition cutting. The cutting and indentation are formed in one go, which is simple and efficient!
6. China HCFA 750W servo motor driver for XYZ-axis and Panasonic Japan servo motor driver for DCBA axis, ensuring the processing speed & precision.
7. Whole cast aluminum vacuum table with adsorption felt, ensuring the machine stablity. And, equipped with 2 sets 7.5KW+3.0KW high pressure air cooling turbofan, high adsorption ability.
8.Imported PMI, Taiwan Linear square guide rail with ball bearing slide block which ensure high weight capacity, high precision, smooth and steady running. Adopt WMH brand, Herion Helical gears pinion and rack transmission for X and Y axis, higher running speed and efficiency, and more durable.
9.With high-sensitivity anti-collision device, built-in automatic sensing, safe operation.
